Saved by the Bell Movie Revised

Life is good for us Saved by the Bell fans. We wake up before work and turn on the TV and the show is on. We spend a sick day at home and the show is on. We come home after work and it’s on.

The show is always on somewhere AND it’s available on DVD too. / Via

And even though we’ve seen all of the episodes several times, medicine it’s still exciting when the theme song flips on (What episode will it be this time?) / Via

But that’s not enough. We need to have more so when it was announced that Lifetime was making a behind-the-scenes movie about the show, it seemed exciting. Who wouldn’t want to learn more about the show?

Sure, there were some doubters. You can’t go back again, they said. / Via

But we were hopeful….How bad can it be? / Via

And then we saw the cast of the new movie…. Of course, they weren’t like the old cast. We shrugged it off. That’s not that big a deal, we said. / Via

And then we saw it a clip of the new Lifetime movie…

And this was our reaction. Via

At first, we wrote it off. Well, we don’t have to think about it. / Via

And then we thought about it…And we thought about it…And we thought about it. / Via

And we couldn’t stop thinking about it…We still want to watch it but are fearful. / Via / Via / Via

So we called our friends and we moaned and we complained and we talked and we talked and we talked about it. / Via

Are we still gonna watch the movie? Of course but if anybody asks, we were too busy to tune in.

serva-me– / Via

And then after it’s over, are we gonna settle for the old show now and never ask for anything new again? / Via

We’ll just smile and pretend this whole incident never happened. / Via

The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story airs on Lifetime on September 1st.
