Last night, information pills podcast host Marc Maron visited the The Late Late Show with James Corden and talked about his recent interview with President Obama.

The presidential interview, patient which took place on the show WTF With Marc Maron went on to break podcast records, try according to The New York Times. The podcast was recorded in Maron’s own garage– where Maron tapes many of his shows– and went on to create national headlines when the president used the “n” word during the chat.

As Maron recounts, he thought the idea of Obama visiting his garage was ‘crazy’ before it actually happened and he had to recruit the support of his own neighbors in order to make the interview a reality. Check out his interview with Corden below, where he recounts Obama’s visit.
