John’s Monday Tip of the Week: How can we be better?

Good afternoon,

In several weeks, our digital operations team will be meeting up and discussing some ideas for the year ahead and also the progress we‘ve made in fulfilling your needs during this current year. But we need your help.

One of the things we‘ll be talking about is how our team can work with you all to make your jobs easier.

That brings us to John’s Monday Tip of the Week.

Several days ago, you should have received a link from Dan Chaffee, John Bowen or myself inviting you to participate in a station satisfaction survey.

Thus far, we‘ve received a few entries but not as many as would like. The survey is only about 25 quick questions so it should only take 5 minutes to complete.

Our plan is to build off the survey responses to better serve your needs and make your jobs easier. Maybe there’s something you think we should put more of an emphasis on. Maybe there’s a topic you want discussed more. The best way to let us know how we can improve if to fill out the survey for us before August 31st.

I received a lot of great feedback when I sent out the Monday Tip of the Weeksurvey and that helped me build on the success of this endeavor.

If you fill out this latest survey, it could help build on the success of this department. It only takes a few minutes but it could really help us better serve your needs.
