“I’m gonna be honest. I hate sororities and I hate you,” so states Jamie Lee Curtis in the new trailer for the new Ryan Murphy television drama Scream Queens. The Fox anthology show is still a few months away but it’s already quickly becoming– at least for me– one of the most anticipated shows of the year.

Both Jamie Lee Curtis (Halloween, Prom Night) and Emma Roberts (Scream 4, American Horror Story), who have both excelled in the horror genre before, seem perfectly cast as rivals in this show about a serial killer who keeps attacking the students on a local college campus. Add to that possibly exciting rivalry the sarcasm and wit that was once a major part  of Murphy’s big hit Glee and you might have the makings of a blockbuster new show.
